Hello Potential Long Term International Business Partner:

Please announce which company you represent with your reply email and outline the payment terms you accepts and answer all questions in this document or we can not consider your application to trade.

I have some questions and some concerns. I have been wanting to do some international trade with my company for some time and recently I took that chance. Unfortunately I got involved with a company in Shanghai that took 10, 000 USD of my money about a week ago. Needless to say this has had a far reaching impact on my company.

It has triggered cause for concern and we have gotten USA Department of Homeland Security and USA Secret Service involved. Before we will continue to trade with any company internationally we are using the resources the USA provides to us now to investigate international companies as well as a series of questions which will tell us if you are a company that we will do business with or not. I would suggest at this point if you are not a reputable company that you do not attempt to contact me again.

I do not want to scare you off either if you are a real company so as long as you are then my questions and my request to my country will prove to be negative. This will take only a matter of hours to complete.

You should know I do investigate through the People Republic of Chine Ministry and if you are a scammer you will be found out so there is no need to reply if you are it is a waste of your time and mine. I am only interested in legitimate business opportunities for bulk price wholesale purchases.

Here are my questions:

1. What medium do you use to allow the transfer of payments from my company to yours?

Note: If you use T/T, Moneygram or Western Union our conversation ends now., The USA state department has informed me that no direct transfer of cash between international countries is a legitimate means of doing business and no company should do it. Therefore our company will not deal in cash when making purchases international unless in person. The only way we will do business internationally is with some sort of financial protection for our money. This would include the following forms to pay with - PayPal, *****., Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard American Express), DHGate or Xoom).

2. How long does it take for your company from start to finish take to process a payment, prepare a package and deliver it to either me or my customers if dropshipping.

3. The process we use to drop ship with other companies is as follows. If you drop ship is the acceptable to you:

We place advertisement - Advertising the products you sell at your requested profit price.
Once the item is sold we then produce a packing slip for the item along with the customers information in PDF format. We also produce a document in PDF format with a list of the customers name and address's and the quantities of product they have purchased and send that to you.
We then make payment to you via a protected form of payment.
You then prepare the shipment. - This would include appropriate packaging, Shipment via FedEx or UPS or USPS and produce a tracking number.
You provide to us within a few hours the tracking number associated with the customers package.
We will then enter the tracking number into our systems notifying our customer the package has been shipped and is ready for tracking.,
The customer receives the package and inspects it for damage or product being as expected.
If all is OK then the deal is concluded for that customer and if not we issue a RMA number associating the package with a return and notify you to expect a return shipment and to prepare for a cash refund or exchange, .
The package is either returned and refunded or it is exchanged.
4. What is the warranty period you offer on your products?

5. Does the customer have the option of using the original manufacturers warranty as well. What this means is typically a manufacturer of a product offers a 30 or 60 day warranty on their items. Will the customer be allowed to avail themselves of that warranty and then when its time is concluded - then use your warranty from that point.

6. We require a completed listing of inventory and pricing for the products your company sells and require immediate notification when such prices change.

7. We only deal in direct from the manufacturer equipment ONLY. This means if we order an Apple product we expect that product to be directly from the Apple plant in California and not from Foxconn an authorized "Designed by Apple", plant in China or a Chinese based manufacturer dealing in spoofs, fake products or cloned products. OR if we order a Dell PC we expect that PC to be an authentic Dell product.

8. We expect delivery from start to finish from you to our customers or ourselves to be a 3 to 5 day process.

9. We expect all price quotes to include the total cost meaning. The price of the product, any shipping charges and any customs charges. We will not be responsible for paying shipping or customs after the product has been paid for or shipped.

10. We must have a contact 24-7 with your company so we can communicate orders and shipments efficiently.

11. We want to only use FedEx or UPS and need delivery in 3 to 5 days for out customers

12. All prices need to include the customs and shipping.

I have attached the list of products that our company currently deals with and request a price listing from you that your company sells for.

Upon approval through legal USA channels and also through the questions I have asked we will approve your company as a true and real company to do business with internationally. Once approved a test shipment will be initiated of once product from your company directly to the shipping department of my company showing product quality and actual shipping time.

Thank you and if you do agree to the terms please state so and include a return email to me with the completed list of product and your price or cost to us for each unit and the minimum number of units per order you will accept.

Can you fill out the attached price listing for me so I can choose the one product I want to try with.

Also I would like to know about the company I am dealing with as I stated in my previous email.

So if you do not mind I would like to know about your company its origin who owns the company etc. If you could tell me things like:
