According to the Notice No. 115-2003 of General Administration of Quality Supervision,
Inspection and Quarantine of *****, "From July 1, 2004, if the waste material suppliers
want to export to China scrap materials such as waste paper, scrap metal/iron, Recycled Plastic
and other refine waste material, the supplier provisionally registered with AQSIQ is necessary and then shall be permitted to enter the market of China. not accept
the application for inspection on such scrap materials". Shipments of scrap materials,
which are lacking a registration license, will not permit into China. to register in AQSIQ
beforehand.

China, as a big developing country with a large population, has huge domestic
demand. The Chinese government has been introducing 10 measures to expand domestic demand,
and the total amount of investment will reach 40 thousand billion YUAN
(about 4 thousand billion euro). From this, we can foresee the Chinese market of
waste materials will continue to maintain relatively high growth in the future.
