Description
We are based in China and operate a worldwide distribution network for the purchase of Iron Ore and other metals such as copper, manganese, chrome, nickel, etc., as well as petroleum products. We trade as a principal utilizing our own funds and not as a broker. We also provide transportation and logistical services so that we can offer all of our products on a delivered basis globally, if desired by our customers.

We have a requirement to purchase as Buyer Iron Ore Fines for our stock outside of USA.
Terms:
1. Up to 100, 000 MT per month (+ / -5%) of Iron Ore Fines for 12 months plus rolls and extensions.
2. Initial shipment of one month to verify logistics and if all is satisfactory to us, contract will continue. We will pay by monthly LC from top bank.
3. Prefer minimum 63.5% Fe, but will consider lower Fe.
Standard:
a) Fe 63, 50 % Basis
b) Si02 Max. 3.70 % with rejection above 4.00 %
c) AL203 Max. 3.00 % with rejection above 3.50 %
d) P Max. 0.06 % with rejection above of 0.08%
e) S Max. 0.01 % with rejection above of 0.03 %
f) Mn Max. 0.07 % with rejection above of 0.08 %
g) Moisture- 6.0 % Max (FREE Moisture Loss at 105 Degree Centigrade)
h) Size (On natural basis): + 0 -10 mm (90 % Max)
+10 - 30 mm (10 % Max)
Packing: in bulk
4. We are looking for competitive fixed price.
5. Price: Quote separate price for (1) FOB and (2) CIF Main China Ports (Rizhao, Huangdao, Tianjin, etc.)
6. 2% PB to be received from seller.
7. We are ready to move quickly. Please reply by sending FCO addressed to us. Please indicate your best fixed asking price, specifications, and other terms you can supply.
8. It will be necessary to show POP early in the process to ensure that the Iron Ore will be available on schedule. It's obviously quite important that the product can actually be delivered on time.
9. We will analyze all bona fide offers. However, to be considered, offers must contain the terms we require as indicated above and be priced very attractively. You must be the end seller or have a written Mandate Letter from the end seller. Please understand that we cannot respond to offers through broker chains.
10. Please respond with your firm offer (not "soft offer") with all proposed prices, terms and conditions and complete specifications.
