Description
Laboratory Mill (Maximum feed size: 100-200 mm, Final fineness: Up to 75 -100 micron, Capacity: 1-10 Kg sample for continuous operation)
Farinograph (The instrument should have variable speed (20-200rpm) and mixing facilities. Temperature control facilities with stored operations and data analysis routines. It should be supported with appropriate software and calibrated and have external ports for connecting other peripherals.)
Amylograph (220 volt, single phase, special gear motor, measuring cartriage, temp. range 20-95 oC, electrical heating, thermoregulator, heating rate 1.5 oC /min, microprocessor control, with all accessories )
Bioreactor (Cap. 3 lit, stirrer tank bioreactor, double jacketed glass vessel, autoclavable, Microprocessor controlled pH, temp., DO etc. adjusted with all inbuilt pumps, 50-1000 rpm top driven agit motor, with six propeller type impeller, Sintered ring type air sparger, PID control)
UV-VIS Full wavelength Scan Spectrophotometer (Built in cuvette port for sample and reference, should read over the full 190-2500 nm wavelength and in scan mode too, application includes quantification, with LCD display PC and program, 260x280 ratio, supplied with glass or plastic cuvettes. )
Vacuum packaging Unit (Vacuum packaging machine required for fine powder of fruit fibre, hygroscopic in nature. The quantity to be packed may vary from 100gm to 5 Kg. The machine should be complete with all accessories required for filling of the powder and electrically operated on 230V AC. )
