General Usage: Stainless steel wire mesh, with its excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and corrosion, find extensive uses in processing of oils, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, also sorting and screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, airspace, machine making, etc.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh can be divided into Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Square Opening and Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Dutch Weave according to weaving types, while Square Opening Stainless Steel Wire Mesh can be further divided into square wire mesh plain weave and square wire mesh twill weave.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Square Opening usually refers to woven stainless steel wire mesh, in Plain Weave or Twill Weave patterns.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Plain weave is the most commonly used weave. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below each weft wire. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter.
Twill Weave Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is made by each weft wire passing alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passing alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter.
