Description
We are looking for film extruders and side sealers for HDPE and LDPE.
Please contact me att xxxxx
For LDPE we want to make max size 13 x 20 inches.
For HDPE we want to make max size 30 x 50 inches.
We are also interested in making HDPE vest bags which is 11.75 inches with a gusset of 3 inches and length 21.75
We are currently not interested in printing right now but you can still specify.
Thickness range .5 mil to 4 mil for both LDPE and HDPE
Max fold width for LDPE is 20 inches
Max fold width for HDPE is 50 inches. We want to be able to produce different size bags from one shot. From this max size of 50 inches we can produce a 30 x 50 bag or two 10 x 20 inches bags.
The converters must be able to do side seal to accommodate the max 50 inches.
We are looking for machine that can really push production. We want to look at machine that can push 90, 10, 200 even 400 kg/hr. Depending on the price we will decide which one we want.
Please specify which machines fit these specs along with cost.
