FOB Price Formula: JET/KERO 54 USGC WB PLATTS HIGH (CTS/GAL) PLUS 19 Cents Per Gallon
This formula is valid only until march 31, 2009. Revision each quarter.


Payment: Stand By Letter of credit The LC must be issued for payment cargo by cargo basis and shall be AND SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWABLE AND OPERATIONAL IMMEDIATELY AFTER LOADING IS COMPLETE & PROPER DOCUMENTATION IS AVAILABLE ON BILL OF LADING DATE AND PRIOR VESSEL DISPATCH FROM PORT
DELIVERY: ASWP agreed by parties (NON US / Preferably Europe) Again, No U.S. Delivery With This Product.
Currency: Currency for invoicing and all payments must be in Euros.
Vessel. Cargo vessel selected by buyer must be approved by refinery port authorities Q88 must be received no later than five working days prior first loading day.
Inspection: SGS or equivalent.
