Description
To clarrify my intentions some I wish to make the aluminum mug (12-16 ounces) removable from the outer casing, and have a miniature heating element in direct contact with the aluminum mug, but encased within the casing so when the mug is unscrewed from the casing the heating element remains attached to the casing but not the mug.
Together the mug and the case total height should be less than 16 inches high and 4 inches in diameter.

Do you think you can fabricate something like that?

Coincidentally my desire is the heating element be able to heat the mug to than 85 degrees Farenheit, and auto shutoff once this temprature of the liquid contained reaches 85 degrees F. Also if possible the energy source should be 4 AA rechargable batteries. The case will therefore house the heating element, the batteries, and the battery housing will both power the heating element and be cable of being plugged in to recharge the batteries.
If you can provide any of the above mentioned components please respond.
