Description
I am looking to export 50000MT HMS 1/2 ( 80:20) to Myanmar Port. The buying company is Myanmar Economic Corporation (MEC) and I am acting agent on behalf of MEC.


1) This is a spot deal for 5000MT HMS 1/2 (80:20). If the deal is successful, there will be continuous spot deals for 20000MT to 30000MT for subsequent purchase.
2) Port of Destination will be Yangon Port, Myanmar. Please provide quotation based on CIF or CNF, Yangon Port, Myanmar.
3) Please contact only if you can offer lower than US$255MT. I currently have found a supplier who can offer me for that price.
4) I will not issue BCL (Bank Commitment Letter or soft probe authorization. I will discuss in detail about LOC once I can verify that you are a legitimate seller.
5) Please send me a soft offer stating about offer price, country of origin, delivery, payment and shipping terms.

The required procedures are as below:

1. Buyer issue LOI
2. Seller issue FCO
3. Buyer sign and return FCO or issue ICPO to accept the offer. Buyer will confirm within 2 weeks from the date of FCO due to back to back process with Govt of Myanmar.
4. Buyer and seller sign contract electronically.
5. Seller issue 2% Performance Bond and upon receipt Buyer will issue operative LC from Singapore Bank.
6. Upon receipt of LC, seller will complete the shipping within 60days from the date of LC.
