Our company has an annual Import Quota for 2009 for the importation of scrap metals into China totaling 320, 000 metric tons. We are particularly interested at this time in copper scrap for recycling. We are a privately owned company that has been operating in the metal recycling business in China for over 10 years. Our company operates the six largest metal recycling factories in mainland China.

We would like to secure long term relationships and contracts with direct suppliers of scrap metal who have the ability to supply large monthly quantities at contract, on an on-going basis. We only deal with direct suppliers and stock yards and do not contract for purchase with brokers.

Our company has excellent financial resources and we can provide credit references at your request. We also invite you to visit our facilities in China where scrap metals are recycled.

Payment Terms: Normal terms are 20 to 30 percent payment deposit at loading, with the balance payable in full within seven days against required shipping documents.

Current Pricing: we are currently offering 90-95 percent of LME (Far East) based on the applicable copper content of the product. The price will be determined based on the current LME at the month of actual shipment. All prices are CIF Hong Kong.

Inspection of goods: Inspection of all shipments is required by Society General de Surveillance (SGS) at Seller Cost.

Please also advise if your company has AQSIQ certification for export of scrap metals into China. If you do not, we can provide certification but we will need to know this in advance of purchase.
