LET ME EXPLAIN MY PROCEDURE WHICH WILL NOT VARY. THE SELLER OF THE METALS MUST EMAIL TO
ME A PHOTO OF THE METAL, A COPY OF THE CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN. WHEN I RECEIVE THAT I WILL
THEN QUOTE THE PRICE I WILL PAY DELIVERED TO LONG BEACH CALIFORNIA. SHOULD THE SELLER
ACCEPT MY PRICE I WILL THEN SIGN, SCAN AND SEND THE SIGNED LETTER THE PRICE WILL BE HELD
UNTIL WE INSPECT THE 40FT CONTAINER IN LONG BEACH CALIFORNIA. ONCE THE PRICE IS ACCEPTED
THE SELLER LOADS THE SHIP. HE THEN SENDS ME A PHOTO OF THE 40FT CONTAINER WITH NUMBER OF
THE CONTAINER CLEARLY VISIBLE AND SENDS ME A COPY OF THE SHIP MANIFEST. TWO DAYS BEFORE
THE SHIP ARRIVES IN LONG BEACH CALIFORNIA THE SELLER FLIES TO LONG BEACH AND I OR MY
REPRESENTATIVE WILL MEET HIM AT THE PORT WHEN THE 40FT CONTAINER IS OFF LOADED WE CHECK
THE WEIGHT AGAINST THE SHIPS MANIFEST AND OPEN THE CONTAINS AND IF EVERY THING MATCHES
THE WEIGHT ON THE MANIFEST, THE CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN, THE PHOTOS OF THE METAL THEN WE WILL
WIRE TH MONEY TO ANY BANK IN THE WORLD. I AM THE BUYER NOT A BROKER. WE CAN BUY 20, 000
METRIC TONS PER MONTH OR A SHIP LOAD OF EACH OF THE BEFORE MENTIONED METALS.

NO LETTERS OF CREDIT, NO BANK GUARANTEE. MY PROCEDURE MUST BE FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER.
