1. Introduction
FlexiTank is a new generation shipping container, which is full of elasticity, suppleness, smooth, lightness and easy to degrade. The whole series products have passed high pressure and high load tests. The safety of loading and transiting cargoes is quite perfect.
FlexiTank constitutes by multilayer polypropylene and polyethylene latex. Inside layer can keep the liquor, and reduces pressure for the outside parts layer by layer; outside layers support inside layers at the meantime. Especially the outermost layer can provide excellent anti-friction, anti-static and anti-dynamic pressure, which are the significant guarantee for loading and transiting.
FlexiTank is one-off, one-way container using flexi-bag, but the inlet/ discharge valve and vent valve which go with that can be used many times. All the used material, containers, and components can be transited and disposed quite safely, and friend to environment, easy to degrade . Whatever those used Q~TAINER or not, both can be transited safely to the destination and meanwhile with inexpensive shipping cost.
FlexiTank could provide 20 feet size container with 23000 liter standard flexi bag, and smaller size (250L, 1000L) which suited for trucks, , suited for store water, alcohol, concentrated juices, edible oil, chemical non-dangerous liquor. It can store edible goods with its special formula.
