Dear Miners/Sellers,


We are serious buyers of lead Ore (Galena Ore).


If for any reason(s), you cannot conform to our payment and delivery needs, please feel free not to reply this advertisment. The terms and conditions are not open for negotiation.


Quantity: 3, 000 tons per month

Grade: 50% above.

Price: CIF or CNF Main Port China.

Price Formula: LME x 45% x Galena Ore Grade

Payment: Irrevocable at sight L/C.

Performance Bond: 2% needed.

Shipment: via 20' containers, 18 - 22 tons per container.

less than 200 tons, partial shipment disallowed. trans-shipment allowed.

Packaging: Non-wooden packing, in 50 kg pp bags

Inspection: CCIC only.


Procedures after sales contract is signed:

(1) Buyer issues Pre-Advice L/c to Seller.

(2) Seller issues PB via SWIFT in favor of Buyer.

(3) Buyer issues Operative L/C in favor of Seller


Verification:

Recent Past Performance: B/L, CCIC/SGS Quality and Quantity Reports, Certificate of Origin,

Packing List and CIQ (if any) - 2 complete sets.
