We are a commodity procurement company in New York City and we have a small group of end buyers already in place with LOI and BCL to purchase large bulk amounts of Portland cement. We are looking to establish reliable relationships with strategic suppliers, manufacturers and major allocation holders; which will allow us, guaranteed cement supply capacity as well as stockpile quantities to ensure a reliable service to our clients at all times.
