Description
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that we need a complete Coal fired Thermal Power plant having installed capacity of 90MW and constant electrical power to be drawn at least 60MWe with 3 sets of Steam Turbine and Alternators having 20MW X 2 and 50 MW X 1. The electrical output of each unit would be 3phase, 11kV, 50 Hz. with synchronization panel, switchgear for outlets etc. One diesel Gen-set (4MW) would be required for black start of the plant. Suitable motors with drives for ID and FD and auxiliary transformer, steam controls etc. Three sets of Coal fired boilers having capacity of 120 to 150 Tons / Hour of quality steam. The quality of the steam would be required as per the requirement of the turbines to be installed, which is approximately 60bar (plus) at a temperature of (500ºC). The output of the plant should be reliable and uninterrupted power supply for a sea port • The plant has to be supplied with Coal handling and coal preparation for the boilers. • Ash handling and dumping from the boilers.. • The output to be confirmed with site conditions. • The effective cooling towers as per requirement and condenser to be supplied. • Water handling & treatment as per requirement for cooling towers and boilers. • Water for ash handling. • Detail engineering to be done and to be confirmed by the successful bidder. • The complete plants and installations to be followed with the international standards. • All the standards have to be mentioned. • Power & auxiliary transformer and all electrical protection, communication Instrumentation systems to be provided. • All Civil and environment requirements to be capable of complying with the guidelines. You are, therefore, requested to submit your detailed techno-commercial offer at the earliest.
