Specification of Steel Waste Containers / capacity 1.1 M3 / Body thickness 2 MM

1) M3 + 5% suitable for waste containment and emptying into Refuse Compactor Truck thro rear end, automatic lifting mechanism of the truck. Manufactured according to international standards EN 840-3.
2) Manufactured as per the DIN-EN 840-3 Standard; Approx. empty weight: 150Kg + 10 kg.
3) The whole container (body and cover) shall be thermo-galvanized (by hot dip) with pure thermal zinc of purity 98.5% with an average thickness 80 micron, according to J.S DIN-1550.
4) The container shall have a curved shape lid (cover) manufacture of high quality moulded metal plates with two springs for easy use.
5) The cover slip automatically during discharge of the garbage.
6) The cover shall be supplied with rubber strap to protect the hands of the users.
7) The cover should have three stages of movements for opening and closing.
8) The cover and the arm shall be welded by CO2.
9) Wheels: Each container shall have four heavy-duty solid wheels of (200) mm diameter, rotated 360 for easy movement according to DIN 30700 ISO 1284; two of them have foot break.
10) Drainage hole: Provision of Drainage hole at the bottom of the container for liquid draining and cleaning; the hole shall be covered by plastic removable cap.
11) Warning tape: the container should have warning reflecting straps.
12) All the container parts should be assembled through welding MIG system Co2 including the lifting handless, lever arms, to provide the container with sufficient strength and resistance.

The plate used should be according to DIN 1541
Body thickness : 2.00 mm
Cover thickness : 1.25 mm
Lid arms thickness : 3.00 mm
Wheel base thickness : 4.00 mm

Container color : Green (Equivalent to HEX color code ##006633)
Body Message : DOMESTIC WASTE ONLY (in white font)
Corporate Waste Management Section (in white font)

Tare weight and SWL (safe work load) should also be mentioned at the container width side.
