Description

We want t o buy 50, 000 suit Thermal Underwear(long drawer, wintery and long sleeve flnnels)
The specifications must be as follows:

LONG DRAWER , WINTERY .
***** color shall be to the shade of the standard pattern no for Army suit( oil green).
2.Shape and way of sewing shall be as standard pattern .
***** sewing shall be well done with no defects.
***** drawers shall be clean , free of stains or dirt's good final finishing .
***** rubber waist band shall be covered , flat its (19 - 30 ) min , no effect of heat, has flexibility , fixed an two needle machine and the fabric is pleated on it .
***** label shall be as standard pattern fixed on drawers rubber band , has a trade mark , size , fibers washing instruction .
***** :
A.Blend of viscose and polyester with 50/50 + 2% .
B.Wool ; ( 25 micron (max ) ) and acrylic 50/50 + 2%
***** : plain .

LONG SLEEVE FLANNELS
1 . FABRIC :
The color should be as the shade of standard pattern no difference is accepted unless resulted by lot difference condition .
Shape and way of sewing should be as standard pattern .
Sewing should be free of defects .
The fabric should be regularly knitted , free of weaving and color defects .
The flannels should be clean , free of stains and dirt's with final finishing when delivered .
The yarns should be evenly spun .
2 . FIBERS :a blend of viloft & inflated viscose rayon & polyester .
3 . MASS : 298 gm/m2 ( min ) .
4 . dimensions change after ( 5 ) washes max :
length : 5% width : 3%
5 . COLOR FASTNESS ( MIN ) :
washing : ( 4 ) change in color .
staining : ( 4-5 )
perspiration : ( 4 ) change in color
staining : ( 4 -5 )
6 . TEXTURE : plain.
7. The aperture of neck musy be like letter(V).
