Description
1. (2) 4WD Tractor- Engine Diesel-6 Cylinder/four stroke cycly turbo vharged engine capabe of developing minimum of 100 net PTO horsepower. Transmission -16 Forward and 16 Reverse with LH reverser. Should include a wet disk clutck which is hydraulically engaged.hydraulic System Standard selective control and valves and ISO breakaway Couplers. Steering and Brakes_hydrostatic stering and Hrdraulic, self equalizingwet disk brakes. Cab-Flat Deck cab platform with tow doors and a fron wipert system with intermittent wipe and wash and rear wipe and wash. Air conditioning and heater. Standard Suspension seat with annetuator and swivel. Tilt and telscoping wheel. Interior rearview mirror and outsidemirrors both left and right. Top hinged rear window and hinged side windows. Unit should have a horn and rih=ght hand console. Foot operated speed control and a power strip w/ adaptor. 2. (2) 20' Rotary Boom Mowers( 50" rotary deck) mounted on a four wheel drive tractor. 3. (2) Gooseneck Trailers with the following standard features to be acceptable. Treated wood deck-102" max. width( to outside of rub rail) oil bath electric brake axles, heavy duty slipper spring suspension, BIAS tires, 24" cross member spacing, 5ft stand-up ramps, adjustable gooseneck hitch, 12000 lb drop foot jack, stake pockets, rub rail, break away kit, safety chans, reflective tape, and sealed beam lights. 22, 000 GVW Standard Duty. Tandem Dual Deckover Gooseneck Trailer. GVWR 22, 000 lb-capacity 18, 000 lb with 4000lb hitch load Ramp Capacity 18, 000lb. Approved vendor shall assemble all equipment free of charge and deliver. Vendor shall also provide training course for up to ten people on basis operations functions and maintenance of tractor and boom mower. offerers need to submit a copy of the manufacturers standard warranty along with a complete explanation of the warranty with bid. The standard warranty shall cover 2 years or 200 hours, whichever occurs first. Warranty shall include service response time mamimum of 24 hours within notification. Bid must be good for 30 days, delivery must be withn 30 days after award. Bid will be accepted on PO contract. This contract is a SDVOB set-aside. Tyler Louise Company Inc. is a SDVOB and we are willing to joint venture with equipment provider for purposes of fulling this contract award. All equipment must be new, preferrably "Buy American", buy not mandated.
