Description
Our enterprise is interested in the organization of manufacture vegetative oil of sunflower from seeds by an industrial method.
Really interests us only the listed units and the equipment as they are the cores in technology. We already have other equipment or we can buy it on a place.
We will be interested in this equipment:
- Oil press (photo press) capacity from 120 up to 150 tons/day - 2 units
- Oil press (expeller) for secondary stronger compress, capacity from 15 up to 50 tons day - 4-6 units
- A brazier (the equipment for preliminary fry seeds and humidifying) from 200 up to 300 tons/day of 2-3 units
- Shaft machine tool for flatten seeds (also-called petal) capacity of 150-160 tons/day
- Hammer Crusher (for increase in an output at secondary press) 50-80 tons/day in quantity 2-4 units
We specify the Special requirement, that photo press and expeller press should be made with high quality material, ***** the bed (frame) of machine tools should be rigid and is made by a method of moulding (pig-iron, high carbonaceous metal). As practice shows that the case of the machine tool has significant and important value at its operation. Also itself screw and the other equipment should be made according to industrial purpose (using) of the given equipment and must be used for long term of operation.
Shaft machine tool must have the rigid case (frame) should have the machine tool also and have the reliable mechanism of adjustment of its work and a high-quality material of the Shaft machine.
Probably, if you make this, we will be interested with tanks for storage of the developed oil, a silo for storage seeds of sunflower, mil in capacity of once storages from 700 tons up to 2 000 tons.
If you have this equipment or other specified equipment corresponding our inquiry we shall be glad to mutually advantageous cooperation. We wait for the specification with the instruction of characteristics, the prices for the equipment and conditions of delivery.
