Description
I am the Legal Authorized Rep/Mandate for my buyer. I would like to tell you what we are trying to accomplish in order not to waste your time or ours.

The BUYER I represent has a funds provider that is a government entity. They have the funds reserved for us to use, (500M euro), but will only release them on Brussels Euroclear when we present the corporate invoice and title page. If we don't submit those 2 items then they will allow someone else to utilize the funds. Once we submit the corporate invoice and title page the procedures would be screen, block and pay in favor of the seller. We have exits buyers in place that want multiple T's of paper. There is no one else on the IMFPA except myself and whoever you bring. NO LONG BROKER CHAINS ARE ACCEPTED. Can this scenario be worked out with a seller? If so, I will send requested compliance package.

TOP 25 WEB, AA RATED OR BETTER
10 YEAR, 7.5% COUPON
50B WITH R&E INTO THE TRILLIONS
BRUSSELS EUROCLEAR LISTING/PROCEDURES
SCREEN, BLOCK & PAY IN FAVOR OF SELLER
NO UPFRONT POF
FUNDS WILL BE PLACED ON BRUSSELS EUROCLEAR AFTER RECEIVING CORPORATE INVOICE AND TITLE PAGE FOR VERIFICATION
