Dear Sirs,

We have real and genuine buyers&quot with funds avilable, and ready ICPO/NCND/IMFPA for all kinds of Liquid Energy Products, such as; JP 54, D2, Gasoline all grades, Jet fuel, REBCO, LPG, LNG, Urea 46%, Bitumen / Asphalt, 180 CST.

We are looking for genuine Russian Refinery or Resseller, capable to provide us with our cleints required items
(Large Quantities) and have an Internationaly recognized and decent workable Procedure, without requesting buyer to in advance for any kind of down payment, up front, under any name(legalization etc). No down payment would be acceptable not even US$1.00.

We need competitive Best Prices based on CIF Net and not imposing insurance by buyer, paying any internal duty, tax etc.However, if you would like to work on FOB Refinery basis, then we even can arrange lift goods from your Refinery till loading ports and get Vessel to loading port and ship goods to destination ports as well. In this case you need to quote us FOB Refinery or Loading ports.
(Note: In case you are a mandate for reseller or Refinery, then your commission needed to be inside Supplier Quoted Prices NET. We expect to receive CIF Net. You are out of Seller and Buyers commission share).

We will provideserious Refinery/Reseller with copies of passport for End Buyer and Mandates if needed.

We are very serious in business and not interested to be involved in unproductive negotiations and wasting any party valuable time including ours.

Finally, please kindly note, we are interested to work with supplier which have large amount of goods at storage (liftable/at hand for immediate shipment) and also capable to supply very large amount of goods; such as; JP 54, D2 , ***** on monthly basis.
