OUR CLIENT REQUIRES 3 MT PER MONTH ON A YEAR CONTRACT CIF BUYERS BANK IN LONDON.

DISCOUNT 9/6 OR BETTER

WE SHALL DEAL ONLY WITH SELLERS OR SELLER MANDATES AS WE ARE ACTING AS BUYER MANDATE.

STRAIGHT PROCEDURES:

Bank documents: Safe Keeping Receipt
Original Certificate of Deposit
Certificate of Origin
Certificate of Legal Ownership
Seller's Certificate stating that the BARS are free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and freely trade able and exportable and of non-criminal origin
Certified Weight List and Assay describing each Bar as follows:
- Serial Number as stamped on each Bar
- Raw Weight as stamped on each Bar
- Total weight as stamped on each Bar
- Receipt of paid custom duties and taxes
- Export Permit(s)

Price: LSF 9/6

Procedures:

a) Seller issues signed FCO.
b) Buyer returns signed LOI indicating acceptance.
c) Seller issues/delivers to Buyer a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement;
d) Seller supplies to Buyer evidence of legal ownership, current Assay Report, bank statement.
e) Seller provides a letter from their bank indicating that the Seller is ready to commence the contract and that the Bank is ready to transact with full bank responsibility.
f) On successful verification of the documentation identified in clause (d) the Buyer will arrange an acceptable institutional Payment Guarantee for the full contract value as instructed by the Seller.
g) Buyer and Seller lodge contracts with their respective banks.
h) Seller bank will SWIFT to Buyers bank confirming the existence and transferability of merchandise;
