We have also spoken to a supplier who has offered to supply the required product to us however we are short the required capital to proceed, .

We require POF or SBLC US$450M & PB US$21M approx depending on the day we lodge it we are already 48 hrs behind due to our delay. We have everything in place to proceed immediately we have no trading history we do have a debt owed of over 600m to our company however it is a 10yr repayment so it is not due until 2020, however it is still a debt.
