4. Destination: Longkou Port, Shandong Province, and other main ports in PRC
5. Shipment: Within 30-45 days after DLC accepted by the
Seller,
6. Payment: Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit
payable at destination port after Inspection (CIQ or compatible and
acceptable testing organization) after vessel arrives at the discharging
port, Certification of inspection will be as one of the payment documents.
7 Banking: China Construction Bank (Tianjin Branch)
8. PB: 2% of each shipment Value (LC active PB)
