Description
Looking for a MTN seller that will accommodate the following procedures:

PROCEDURES:



Buyer issues and delivers a fully signed LOI / RWA,
Seller signs and returns the RWA to buyer and arranges a conference call to discuss the deal.
A.) Seller/Securities Officer from a U.S. Securities Firm will call the Buyers Banker or Securities firm to verify capability and arrange the purchase and all Tranches via a buy ticket desk to Desk (Seller uses Pershing).
B.) Buyer opens corresponding / ghost account at the Sellers / Traders States Security Firm.

A.) Buyers Securities officer or Banker issues a Buy ticket to the selling Securities Officer.
B.) Buyer either funds account opened at Sellers Securities Firm or sets up a Corresponding DVP account to match his account at his prime brokerage / Bank. If Buyer does not have a DVP account they can establish one up at the Sellers Securities Firm.

Consultancy Fees shall be disbursed at the time of each tranche in accordance with the relevant MFPA incorporated herein by reference as a material condition of this agreement.
