We will open the irrevocable, non-transferable Documentary L/C. and the contract will be signed in July or August, the goods should be supplied at the beginning of September. Each shipment should be more than 30, 000tons. The business procedures as followings:

1. Sign the contract
2. Apply for LC
3. PB: for the first time: 4%, next transaction: 2%
4. Period of contract: one year
***** quantity: 300000-360000 tons.
6Draw the LC
7.Shipment: within 15-20 days
8.Price: C&F ??/ton.Zhangjiagang Port(China port)
