Subject: Quotation on your NEW last cell phones

I am in a French region Corsica and I am going to establish my import company (***** online soon) of Asian manufactured and industrial new products to France.
In this purpose, I would like to know the process to follow on becoming your dealer or retailer for France.
If is not possible, in the beginning, first I want to buy 10 or 20 pieces or more, can you give me your better price:

Very interested by your products, I am looking for NEW cell phone models and principaly BLACKBERRY STORM 9530.
Unlocked phone for operators in France?

Please, tell me language on product (French, English?), certificates (EEC?), warranties?, charges, sea freight process (insurance, price, etc.) and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and all documents compulsory and necessary to registration of import products in France (Europe).
