3. CIF or FOB Rotterdam
4. SPOT Contract or 12 Months
5. Platt minus Discount or Fixed

Procedures;

1. Seller issues Sales & Purchase Agreement
2. Buyer reviews and signs with FULL Banking
3. Buyer Issues Soft Probe Permission
4. Seller issues Soft POP, ***** TSR & SGS
5. Contract is Finalised
6. SPA lodged at the Banks
7. POF vs POP is exchanged same time
8. Non Operative Payment instrument is issued
9. Title is transfered
10. Payment Instrument is released.
