Description
The foundation of the SIT family was established in early 90s at India's Commercial capital Mumbai. The Company Started with activity of manufacturing assemblies of Various types of hoses as per the requirement of esteemed customers.
In 1996 the associate office of SIT was established in Vadodara-Gujarat (Province), Namely SIT HYDRAULIC ENGINEERS An ISO 9001-2000 Company and the journey started with upward movement years together. In 2004 management inserted the seed of manufacturing of Stainless Steel corrugated flexible Metal Hose.
Our Production Unit for manufacturing of SITCOFLEX Stainless Steel Corrugated flexible Metal Hose , wire braiding & hose Assemblies at it's modem facility at Waghodia Industrial Area 20 Km away from Vadodara and from 350 KM from Mumbai ( Commercial Capital of India).
SITCOFLEX -products are made in austenitic steel AISI 304, 321, 316 & 316-L grades Conforming to BS 6501 Part I & II . Companies have ISO 9001-2000 & CE certificate.
SITCOFLEX Range: Size: DN 6 mm ( 1/4") to DN 300 ( 12") , India we have the facility to make up DN 300 mm(12")
Our Manufacturing Process: Mechanical Corrugation: Size: DN 6 (1/4") mm to DN 20 (3/4") mm
Hydraulic Forming: Size: DN 25 mm ( 1") to DN 300 mm (12")
Elastomer Forming: Size: DN 25 mm (1") to DN 100 mm (4")
Wire Braiding : Size: DN 6 mm (1/4") to DN 300 mm (12")
We have test machine like: Burst Pressure/ Yield Test
Bend Radius test
Flame test
Life Cycle/flex fatigue test
