Dear Sir,

We have an order in hand please quote your best offer CIF Umm Kasser port, Iraq for the supply of 2000mt full cream milk powder as per the following specifications terms & conditions:-

Full Cream Milk Milk Powder:
Quantity: 2000mt
Specification
Fat Max 26.00%
Moisture Max. 4.00%
Protein Max 25.00%
Ash Max 7.00%

Packaging & Markings:-
The Full Cream Milk Powder must be packed in aluminum foil sachets of 24 bags of 500g and 1000g each per carton. Each sachet will be sealed with either nitrogen gas alone, Or with a combination of nitrogen gas and carbon dioxide. Packed in cartons. The sachet will be packed in double wall corrugated cartons; each carton must contain three flat layers of liner paper;

One of them must be between two layer of flute paper which must be well fixed and the number of flute must approximately be from 150 - 184 flute per meter in the sheets , and the flute height must approximately be from 2.1 - 2.8 millimeters.

Flute paper specifications must be as follows:
Essential weight of 118grams/square meter.
Thickness 0.22 mm.
Tolerance 6%.
The resistance power of the flat crush for the flute paper must be A minimum 1.8kg/SQM. The carton must be bound with wide stick tape not less than 5cm or with a wire.

Distance between every 2 stitches must be not more than 5cm.
The carton surface must pass the test of water resistance.
Each container must contain only 1 batch of the commodity, which must be manufactured at the same processing installation on the same date.

Trade Terms: CIF UMM Kasser port, Iraq
Payment: by irrevocable , confirmed L/C payable 100% at sight to be issued by Barclays Bank-UK or (FAB) First American Bank-New York

Inspection: SGS at loading port.
