Hello,
I am next to buyer
He is buys through a trading desk
Right now he is looking forseasoned mtns with trader desk to trader desk procedures
This means he will buy if Seller will accept a verbal confirmation of funds from his desk securities officer
He also acquires mtns that have no POF and Screen Block And Pay procedures

Right now my buyer is looking for mtns as follows
10 year note
6 or higher coupon
55-85 price
any volume
from one of the top 25 banks in the world

If you have mtns as described above that can be closed with the above procedure please let me know
