Need product to emulsify oil and water with a surfactant?

We need this for a product that we are developing.

Low Cost for volume sales

Take any mineral oil product and add a surfactant and use your product and see what happens.

It must make a thick oil wate product that must stay in that form for at least 1 minute before breaking down.


If you can do this please respond or send a sample.

We need this in a production quanity made from our specifcation to order.
