we want buye castor oil as our specification as follows:
1-MATERIAL:
Castor oil
2-DESCRIBTION:
Castor oil should be of such purity that it is suitable for making polyurethane compound.
3- Properties:
- Yellow viscid liquid, free from any vancid odur .
- Moisture and sediments : 0.13% .
- Colour in 1â
- Moisture and sediments cell lovibond units :
- Yellow : 2.20
- Red : 0.30
- Relative density at 30 deg. c/ 30deg .c : 0.959
- Refractive index at 40 deg .c : 1.4732
- Acid value : 1.44
- Free fatty acids (as oleic) : 0.72%
- Sanponification value. : 181.2%
- Unsanponification matter : 0.40%
- Acetyle value : 145.8%
- Odine value (wijs0 : 83.02
4-PACKING:
Material should be supplied in 200 kgs or 225 kgs . Net t packing of mild
Steel barrels. All barrels should be palletized and wrapped around.
5-GENERAL:
5- 1 Every consignment should be provided with relevant test certificate for every batch furnishing the specified properties and test methods (specification) . The test certificate should include specified and observed values.
5- 2 Detailed packing list showing material details number of bags/ package. Nett weight of individual bag / package shall be enclosed for every consignment. Bag/ package number storage conditions and other details shall be clearly marked on outside of every bag/ package.
5- 3 Details containing date of manufacture nett weight material details and safety precautions. Storage conditions shall be clearly marked on outside of each bag / package
