Description
Acting with full legal and corporative-personal responsability, under penalty of perjury do hereby confirm we are ready, willing and able to buy good, clean, legally owned USD of non criminal origin, against our good, clean, clear, legally owned EURO of non criminal origin under the following terms and conditions:

Buyers Currency - Euros -EUR;
Sellers Currency - US Dollar -USD;
Agreement Amount - USD 500B fifty Billions United States Dollares-with rolls and extensions;
Transaction Mode - Bank to Bank via 103 pure and ledger to ledger transfer;
First Tranche - USD 500 million to USD 1 billion USD, per each account in tranches of USD;
Tranching - to be agreed by both parties;
Bonus - European official exchange rate on the day of the transaction execution
15% (fifteen per cent) / Gross
10% (ten per cent) / Net for the buyer / Eur Provider
5% (five per cent) to be shared as follows:
- the sellers side: 2, 5%
- the buyers side: 2, 5% to be paid as per enclosed fee protection agreement.
