Please your offer for:

3 mt Guar gum
3 mt Xanthan gum
3 mt Locust bean gum

On basis CIF sea Hamburg (Germany), separate shipment

Viscosity:
Guar gum: approx. 6000 cps
Xanthan gum: as you can suggest for under mentioned application
Locust bean gum: as you can suggest for under mentioned application

Application: as stabilizers for mayonnaise production with various fat content:
Type 1. High-calorie (fat content is 60-80% )
Type 2. Medium calorie (fat content is 40-50%)
Type 3. Low-calorie (fat content is 25-35%)

Gums will be used as stabilizing system in complex, for instance, guar gum+xanthan gum, guar gum+xanthan gum+locust bean gum.

Particle size: 200 mesh each gum

Your advices and offers for suitable types of gums which use in above mentioned application will be highly appreciated!
