Description
We make loans on MTNs and Bank Guarantees from top 50 banks in amounts of $50 Million to $250 Million. Will close quickly. Procedures are as follows:

1) We need the ISIN/CUSIP to verify the bank paper to be loaned against.
2) Upon contracting for loan, MTN and/or Bank Guarantee must be transferred to our account.
3) Loan is made 72 hours after delivery of MTN and/or Bank Guarantee to our account.

No leased instruments. Beneficiary owner is who signs for the loan only. All broker fees to be paid by borrower.

Will also buy MTNs and/or bank guarantees if they can be delivered to our banker. Upon delviery to our account, purchase is made within 24-48 hours.

Please email us only if you are direct to the borrower, no broker chains. Must arrange your fee with the seller.
