Sub. : Pre-qualification of contractor for "rehabilitation, replacement, expansion and optimization of the transmission and distribution water supply networks and setting up of DMA (District Metering Area) under Dhaka Water supply sector Development project (DWSSDP) jointly financed by Government of Bangladesh and ADB (Asian Development Bank) .

This is a pleasure to introduce my self to your reputed Company that Brothers construction company (BCC) had a leading Construction firm, working in telecommunication sector with different telephone operator and having vast experience in the field of construction and telecommunication sector along with national and multinational company and also have tower fabrication factory and PE and PVC pipe manufacturing company in our country name as a Duct Asia International.

Recently Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Development Authority (DWASA) has invited a pre-qualification proposal document which could be submitted as a JOINT VENTURE (JV) proposal in theis respect we would request your reputed company to come forward and let us submit a JC proposal. Last date of submission of proposal is 12 Nov.2009

If you agree, you will act as our partner and we will represent your company after signing necessary JV documents in between our 2 companies before submission of the pre-qualification proposal to DWASA.

Project Cost: USD 225 Million

Experience required:

1. Water pipe line laying with Trenchless Technologies using HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) method and also some portion by OCM (Open Cut Method) Using HDPE, MDPE, UPVC pipe using 110 to 450mm dia pipe.
2. Overall experience is 5 years in this type of work.
3. Last 3 Years construction turnover USD 100million


We have also expertise in work using HDD machine for Trenchless Technology an dOCM
