Description
A. Simple introduction about units

This machine units has the three- function of washer, filler and capper in one body, adopting full automation in production process. The machine unit makes by high quality stainless steel, key parts are machined on NC tool. The machine unit uses advanced photoelectric detection technology to detect each part are in operation condition: no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping.
Human- computer interface operational screen make it automation.

B. Features

1. Adopt star wheel technology for inputting bottle. The star wheel uses creative designed bottle mouth holding mechanism which have the function of dividing bottle , doing so it does not need the transportation chains and bottle inletting screw rod, replacing bottle only need to change and adjust an little parts.
2.All the part of bottle transportation adopt bottle clamping technology and replace traditional star wheel by holding body of bottle .when change the shape of bottle, it does not need to adjust the height of equipment, only for change and adjust a little parts.
3. Special designed bottle clamp for washer are bearing and duration, not contact with the screw part of bottle, avoiding the second pollution.
4. Holding month type washing clamp, bottle turns over 180 degree as track-way by itself, external washing and internal washing, high washing efficiency.

5. The star wheel for outputting bottle and bottle bottom support plate adopt screw way to do the motion up and down. while changing the shape of bottle, it only change the star wheel and curved board which are related to diameter of bottle without change the height of the transportation wheel and only need ten minutes to
