Real buyer needs real seller.
We are looking for Mazut M100/75/99, 100, 000 MT per month for 12, destination to China. The buyer prefers to buy from the allocation holders/re-sellers rather than direct from the Russian refineries. No upfront fees, no registrations and pipeline fees.
Terms of payment: by Irrevocable, Transferable or Non-transferable Document letter of Credit, covering one month payment by buyer for each monthly delivery of goods shall be made via swift fund transfer within 5 banking days after the discharge of cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping documents including CIQ and SGS Certificate.
