Greetings,
Please permit me to introduce HORIZON TRADE LTD, dealing in Power Sector/Defence/Agriculture Overseas supplier's rep or agent for our market in Bangladesh. During the last 15 years, we have successfully represented our overseas Principles/suppliers to win International tenders/contracts in Bangladesh which includes supply of transmission/distribution line materials and turnkey projects like 132KV Grid Substations etc.
The purchaser is a government corporation namely Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corp (BCIC).Tender no PUR-3.2078/2009-2010 Dated 08-10-2009
Total quantity being tendered is 15, 000 *****(+/-10% at buyer’s option) Rockphosphate (65.5% BPL Min.) in Bulk on CFR(C) TSP Complex Jetty Hopper, Chittagong on liner term basis under Cash Foreign Exchange . The tender proposal/offer to be submitted by overseas supplier/bidder by 23-11-2009, along with BID SECURITY (bank guarantee) of an amount Tk.35.00(Thirty Five) Lac or it’s equivalent U.S Dollar in the form of a Pay order or a Bank draft or an Unconditional irrevocable Bank Guarantee from any scheduled Bank in Bangladesh and the Bank Guarantee shall remain valid for a period of 90 Calender Days from the date of opening of the tender. The Bid bond shall guarantee execution of the formal purchase order/contract and Furnishing of a Performance Security/Guarantee by the bidder, if his bid is accepted by the buyer .
Payment to supplier will be made through confirmed LC, 100 % on sight. To view general terms & conditions of the tender, I am attaching to you the tender document for your ref. I will send you target price as soon as I hear from you that you are interested to participate in this tender.
