WE Hereby state that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the Lead Ore Concentrate

in the quantity and the price as specified in the teams and conditions given below:

COMMODITY: Lead Ore Concentrate
SPECIFICATION: 50% up purity
ORIGIN: ***** or Seller`s option
QUANTITY: 2000MT for each month
PRICE: CIF China Main Port Us$ /MT offer by the seller
PAYMENT: irrevocable Non-Transferable, Documentary Letter of Credit, payable 100% at sight

against CIQ inspection at Unloading Port and other shipment documents.
INSPECTION: CIQ at both loading and unloading ports
DELIVERY: 30 days after DLC

PICKING: By 20` containers or bulk with 50kg bag

Procedures:

1. upon receipt of ICPO.
2. Seller send a draft contract for adoption by parties.
3. Buyer signs the contract and send to seller to sign.
4. Seller issues POP
5. Buyer issues DLC
6. Shipment begins
