Dear Sir-Madam.
We introduce our Company as one of the leading International Trade Companies in Turkey. We import GAS SHIELDED MIG WELDING wires 0.80mm, 1.00mm and 1.2mm. G2 AWS A5.18: ER 70S-6 precision layer winding, and welding electrodes E 6013 2.5 mm*350, 3.2 mm*350 and 4mm****** approximate purchase is 200 MT a month regularly.
1-Packing of welding wires will be 15Kg /Spools NET weight, (GOOD BLACK SPOOL 270mm Diameter) then sticker on the spool to indicate the size and weight then moisture paper wrap around then plastic tightly seal then carton box. 6 layers per pallet, one layer has 12 cartons, so for a pallet will be loaded 72 cartons N.W 1080 kg/pallet.
2- Packing of welding electrodes: 100 rods in each internal box of 2.5 mm *350 and 3.2 mm *350; 6 boxes in each external carton box. External boxes will be wrapped with plastic stretch tightly and bandage with plastic hoop with 2 layer plastic sprit .Finally load 100 carton boxes on a 2.5 mm*350 pallet, N.W 1320 Kgs/pallet and 70 carton boxes of 3.2mm*350 on a pallet, N.W. 1386 Kgs/pallet. Please make sure 100 rods in each box is obligated.
3-Box material and colour code: Please use white paper for the box material and print the box and carton according to our artwork, please make sure the colour code is C0 M100 Y100 K50 which is very important!
