Description
We are an established company who has been in business for 25 years. We are looking for a manufacturer of retro reflective patches or infrared. Infrared I only know that I was told the patches are infrared and can be clearly seen by night vision goggles. I do not have any additional information.

We currently have a bid request from a long time customer of ours for the following quantities 5000 to 100000 per year
Initial purchase quantity to be 2000 to 5000 of each.

Size 3.5 by 2.125
I need two different types full color 3 colors
subdued 2 colors
Please also advise how much to add velcro backing.

Description It is a 3.5 by 2.125 patch that is worn by the military on their uniform.
