Description
The characteristics of our tower type pumping unit are described as follows:
1. high energy efficiency: contrast with the beam pumping unit, it can save 50% electricity.
2. solid and durable: gear drive instead of four-bar-linkage, more efficiency and easy to maintain.
3. user-friendly and safety first: computer controlled instead of worker involvement.
4. superb environment adaptability: the control system, power system, and drive system all installed in the top of the tower(6-8m), water-proof, moisture proof, temperature auto-adjust.
5. oilfield specific equipment: permanent magnet synchronous motor with the module control technology instead of traditional motor, it can control the speed of up-down.
6. long stroke length and low stroke frequency. Stroke length can reach 8m, stroke frequency can reach 3 SPM
7. computer numerical control: operator can be less involved, only need one people to maintain.
8. accurate controlling and completer monitoring. The adjustment of stroke length and stroke frequency is only by the computer. Over-load, over heat, phase failure, it will be auto-top.
