Description
We are working on a contract with a very large Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Organization in Canada with 23 Bases/Hangars across the country.

The are looking a complete tool sets for their hangars approximately 10 sets per hangar.

In the design approval meeting we have agreed with Aluminum Tool boxes with Ball Bearing sliders with precut sponge lining in the drawers.

The Dimensions and specifications of the Tool box must be minimum of

In addition there is a requirement to fill these boxes with tools. The company wants SnapOn because of the quality of product and mainly the lifetime warranty but we feel we can provide an equivalent product for much cheaper.

Drawers of tool chest must be Foam lined and precut/melted to fit
1/4" drive Socket set SAE Deep and Shallow (3/16" - 9/16") 12 point - Chrome Thin walled
1/4" Drive deep socket 6 point 1/8" and 5/32" - Chrome
1/4" Ratchet with 1.5"; 2"; 4" and 6" extensions
1/4" Wobble Extensions 2", 4" and 6"
1/4" Universal Socket set Shallow 12 point (3/16" - 9/16")


3/8" drive Socket set SAE Deep and Shallow (3/16" - 9/16") 12 point - Chrome Thin walled
3/8" Ratchet with 1.5"; 2"; 4" and 6" extensions
3/8" Wobble Extensions 2", 4" and 6"

1/2" drive Socket set SAE Deep and Shallow (3/16" - 9/16") 12 point - Chrome Thin walled
1/2" Ratchet with 1.5"; 2"; 4" and 6" extensions

Chrome Wrench set SAE Standard (3/8" to 1")
Chrome open end Offset Wrench set SAE (3/8" to 1")
Chrome offset box end Wrench set SAE (3/8" to 1")
Chrome Wrench set gear wrench SAE (3/8" to 1")
Note: Wrench sets can be Titanium or non sparking material as well

The rest on the order is specialty tools and pliers hammers *****
