Ibrahim Composite Textile Mills established in ***6 on its own land premises. It was fully
financed by the
sponsors. The company was set up with an initial capacity of 1,*4,*0,**0 yards woven
dying and
*4,*0,**0 kgs knit dyeing project with modern machinery. The company became market leader with its
famous brands of yarns. In early ***0 the management decided for up gradation of
machineries to attain
top quality yarn dyeing and also to expand capacity. The company has selected state-of-the art
and cost
effective machineries from the best manufacturers of the world. In ***2 it has
replaced its entire
preparatory machineries with new generation machines. It has also fully modernized
with high yielding
spares and accessories for better productivity. In ***6 it has expanded capacity by *0,*0,**0
kgs/year
with entire line of new generation machines. This unit has entered into operation in May ***7.
The over all management of the company will be vested with the Managing Director who will be
assisted
by the directors and a group of professionals will recruited at various stages of project
implementation. As
per memorandum Mr. Md. Manzoorul Alam S/o. Late Ibrahim Mia is the Managing Director. The Board
of
Directors will decide and formulate the policies and provide guidelines for smooth operation of
day to day
affairs of the company. The day to day Management of the business shall be undertaken
by the
Director.The organization structure of the Company will be based our line and staff
method. The job
responsibility of the management and technical personnel will be clearly defined by the
managing Director
and also board of director of the Company.
