Cleaning Process
� The Product which becomes solid in the bottle is melted by keeping the bottle in the water with caustic for 12hours.
� The bottles which have stains are cleaned by using acid.
� The bottles are washed by using detergent and machine brushes.
� Then the bottles are cleaned with water.

Packing Process
� Bottles are allowed to dry.
� Bottles are packed in corrugated boxes.
� To prevent the dust particles from going inside the boxes are packed with tapes
