In Klong, we do
□ in-depth part and tooling analysis before mold design. This will avoid future extra tooling cost and save time.
□ suggest changes to minimize mold downtime during production.
□ establish process and critical control dimensions and how these will be measured.
□ mold flow analysis to streamline mold design.
□ submit weekly progress reports and support documentation.
□ certification of all critical and process control dimensions for all aspects of your tooling.
□ tooling trial, part release and finish assembly certified your release standards.
□ full time with *4 hours working time, base on our *0 sets of injection machine range from *0T to ***0T. Make sure no delay for the goods delivery.
□ value-added services, including of assembly and oil painting are also operated in our own plant.
