About our products.our mainly manufacture the auto filter paper inculing the air/oil fuel filter paper, and we also have the industirial filter medias  such as the filter media for the gas trubine and dust colection.These years we also pay much attention to the performance of my paper, now we have developed a lot of high precesion filter paper that meet the requriments of the OEM market.

About our raw materials.

We import the mercering raw pulp from United states to ensure the paper's air permearbility, and our long fiber wood pulp is imported from usa, canander, brizal, chile to enlarger the paper's filter efficiency and dust hoding capacity. 

We import the acrylic from lubrizal in USA, this is a world famours brand, and it can ensure high stiffness, good water resistence and high bureting strungth of our acrylic paper.

About the phenolic resin, we purchease the phenolic resin from shengquan chemical croup, this is the first 5th best manufacture in the world, and we also import the phenolic from Koln in Koria, this is the same whth HV'S. It can enhance the papers' stiffness and the high-tempreture ressistence.

About the dyestuff

We use the specialy dyestuff that imported from Sandoz clariant chemical group in switzerland. This company;s dyestuff is envromental-friendly and have good color fixing effects and wil not fade for a long time.

About our production lins. Now we have totally 6 production llines , five for the acrylic filter paper, another for the phenolic filter paper. All my 6 production lins are imported from germany and japan,.And all the 6 production lins are equipped with full set of electronic control systerms. now our annual production capacity is ****0 tons.

Now i am glade to introduce the sixth production lin to you.This is a double-layer production lin, we purchesed this line wirh huge investiment.And its the only lastest double-layer production line in china. We can add several types of chemical fibers on it such as the glass fiber,the polyester, the mulbery silk and so on.Combine with my laboratories, we have researched a lot of filter papers with More efficienty filtratiuon, larger dust hoding capacity and lower intake resistance and longer lifetime. 

So after my sixth production lin, the next is our laboratories

We have two laboratories with completed testing instruments.One is for the testing of the physical indexes, such as we can testing the grammager , the air permeability, the pore size, the stiffness and the bursting strength. Another laboratoriy is for the tesitng of the performance indexes, including the filter efficiency , the dust hoding capacith and the press drop.
