Vietnam General of
Agricultural Materials Corporation
Limited (VIGECAM) was founded on June 1st, ***0.
And now, the corporation is a State-owned liability limited company
which was assigned by the Government and the Ministry of
Agriculture and Rural Development.
VIGECAM has preserved and
distributed all types of fertilizer which imported under the
protocol signed between the Vietnamese Government and the former
Soviet Union, Eastern European countries. The whole branch has been
awarded many orders and diploma of merit by the Government, the
Ministry of Agriculture and the People’s Committees of
Provinces.
At present, VIGECAM has been
assigned to import and supply *0% of the amount of fertilizer
required by the whole country, mainly nitrogen, potassium, mixed
fertilizers, and produce micro-biological phosphate
fertilizer.
At present, VIGECAM’s
activities have effectively served agricultural production,
contributed to stabilizing fertilizer prices in the whole
country.
